That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows: AMERICAN CONTRACTOR INDEMNITY CO., 1610 ARDEN WAY, SUITE 145, SACRAMENTO, CA 95815, PHONE: (916) 568-7818. 3. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the STENZEL PARK DRAINAGE, PROJECT NO. 2003.0720, project is that of public improvements made to public lands of the City of San Leandro designated as Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) 080G 1320 003 12, as well as ownership of improvements thereon. 4. That said work of improvement was accepted as complete by the City Council of the City of San Leandro on the 6t n day of JANUARY, 2014 by RESOLUTION NO. 2014-002.
