• <br /> G. Applicant shall comply with the following high standards for sanitation during <br /> construction of improvements: Garbage cans, construction dumpsters, and debris piles <br /> shall be removed on a minimum weekly basis. All food related trash items such as <br /> wrappers, cans, bottles, and food scraps shall be disposed of in closed containers only and <br /> shall be regularly removed from the site. Inspections, conducted as part of the regular <br /> construction compliance, will be conducted to ensure compliance of the Applicant and <br /> contractors with this requirement. <br /> H. Trash enclosures and/or recycling areas must be completely covered; no other area shall <br /> drain onto this area. <br /> I. City Staff will conduct a traffic and parking evaluation six months after the opening of <br /> the animal boarding facility to make sure the proposed capacity of 60 dogs is reasonable <br /> at this site and does not pose any problems with parking or traffic. If the City is <br /> unsatisfied, applicant shall reduce the number of dogs on site or take other measures to <br /> satisfy any issues. <br /> V. FIRE DEPARTMENT CONDITIONS: <br /> A. Any changes to the existing fire sprinkler system will require a separate submittal, <br /> permit, plan review, inspections and fees. <br /> B. The space will require a fire department key box (Knox box). <br /> C. Fire extinguishers will be required. Minimum rating of fire extinguishers is 2A10B:C. <br /> Fire extinguishers are to be located in the normal path of egress near exits. Travel <br /> distance to a fire extinguisher shall not exceed 75 feet. <br /> D.
