Serve as the firm specialist in water and wastewater policy, legislation and <br />politics while maintaining an expertise in local government issues including finance, land use, <br />transportation and planning. Advocate at the local, state and federal level on a variety of client <br />projects and programs including legislation, state grants and funding, and federal <br />appropriations. <br />MuniFinancial <br />Senior Project Manager 2005— 2006 <br />Established a Sacramento regional office of MuniFinancial where responsible for financial <br />consulting and district administrative services. Hired as a committee aide to the Chairman of the <br />Senate Judiciary Committee.
