Street sealing
work that does not involve the use of asphalt rubber binder was bid separately to maximize
the potential number of bidders for that work.
Analysis
On March 18, 2013, the City Council awarded the construction contract for the subject project
to Intermountain Slurry Seal, Inc. The work was inspected and complied with the contract
documents and City standards. Construction is now complete.
Previous Actions
• On June 4, 2012, by Resolution No. 2012-059, the City Council approved the plans and
specifications and called for bids for the Asphalt Rubber Street Sealing 2011-12 project
City of San Leandro Page 1 Printed on 2/12/2014
