2. Location of a fire extinguisher. The minimum rating of the fire extinguisher is <br /> 2AI013:C for this use. The fire extinguisher is to be located in the normal path of <br /> egress near the exit door. <br /> B. Provide details of the exit door hardware. If the main exit door is provided with a locking <br /> device, a sign is required above the door stating "THIS DOOR TO REMAIN <br /> UNLOCKED WI-IEN BUILDING IS OCCUPIED." <br /> IV. GENERAL CONDITIONS <br /> A. A sign permit shall be obtained from Building Safety prior to being installed. Details for <br /> the sign shall be submitted to the Community Development Director for review and <br /> approval. <br /> B. The site shall be maintained and shall be kept free of litter, debris and weeds. <br /> C. Any graffiti shall be promptly removed from building walls and fences. <br /> D. The approvals granted by the City as a result of this application, as well as the Conditions <br /> of Approval, shall be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County. <br /> E. No application for amendment of the application or Conditions of Approval may be <br /> submitted or accepted for processing by the City unless (i) there is full compliance with all <br /> terms of the application and Conditions of Approval; or (ii) the Community Development <br /> Director waives compliance with the terms of the application and Conditions of Approval <br /> pending application for amendment. <br /> F.
