In accordance with Section 8.3 Amendments, <br /> the City would also like to amend Section 2 Compensation from $48.000 to $64,000. The additional <br /> 516.000 will enable your company to complete extra scope of design work of San Leandro Bikeway <br /> East and the Floresta Boulevard/Monterey Boulevard intersection improvements as proposed in your <br /> letter to the City dated January 15, 2014. <br /> If you agree with the proposal, please sign and date this letter and return it to me by Wednesday. <br /> January 29. 2014.
