1. Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability Coverage <br />a. The other Party, its officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors are to be <br />covered as additional insureds. Coverage shall contain no special limitations on the scope of protection afforded <br />to the other Party, its officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors. <br />b. Any failure to comply with reporting provisions of the policies by either Party shall not <br />affect coverage provided to the other Party, its officers, employees, agents, volunteers, or contractors. <br />C. Each policy shall state that the policy shall apply separately to each insured against <br />whom claim is made or suit is brought, except with respect to the limits of the insurer's liability. <br />2. All Coverage <br />Each insurance policy required by this Agreement shall be endorsed to state that coverage shall not be <br />suspended, voided, canceled, or reduced in limits except after thirty (30) days' prior written notice has been given <br />to the other Party. <br />E. Acceptability of Insurers <br />Insurance is to be placed with insurers acceptable to the other Party. <br />F. Verification of Coverage <br />Each Party shall furnish the other Party with certificates of insurance and with original endorsements <br />affecting coverage required by this Agreement.
