1.28.030 <br />1.28.030 Private parking. <br />Where the parking and open space plan, <br />Exhibit 1.28.030, indicates the minimum <br />number of parking spaces now in existence <br />or proposed to be developed as private off- <br />street parking areas, these areas are to be <br />paved and otherwise improved if they are <br />not already so improved. The number of <br />such parking spaces is not to be reduced, <br />except that said parking spaces may be re- <br />placed by a like number of spaces located <br />within four hundred (400) feet of the build- <br />ing or use served thereby, or by such other <br />means permitted by the zoning ordinance <br />and deemed acceptable by the agency and <br />city council of the city of San Leandro, if the <br />agency determines that equal utility is pro- <br />vided by such replacement. <br />Where Exhibit 1.28.030 does not show <br />specific private parking facilities, parking <br />shall be provided by property owners as de- <br />termined by the agency as necessary to serve <br />any new use or expanded existing use.
