Summary of citizen participation process/Efforts made to broaden citizen participation <br />Summarize citizen participation process and how it impacted goal -setting <br />Notices of a summary and the availability of the Draft FY 2014-2015 Annual Action Plan for 30 -day public comment was published in <br />a locally circulated newspaper, DailyMeview, on February 28, 2014. The City Council held a public hearing on March 17, 2014 to <br />receive initial public input on the Draft Annual Action Plan and to begin the 30 -day comment from March 31st through April 30th, <br />2014. The Draft Action Plan will be available for public review and comment at City Hall (City Clerk's office and Community <br />Development Department), the Main Library, and the City website (www.sanleandro.org/depts/cd/housing/plans.asp) during the <br />30 -day period.
