The motion carried by the following vote. <br />Aye: 7 - Cassidy, Cutter, Gregory, Lee, Prola, Reed, Souza <br />Enactment No: Reso 2014-021 <br />10.C. 14-018 Staff Report for a Resolution Approving a Contractual Services <br />Agreement Between the City of San Leandro and The Planning Center <br />DC&E to Prepare the 2015 General Plan Update, Housing Element <br />Update, and Environmental Impact Report <br />14-019 RESOLUTION Approving a Contractual Services Agreement Between <br />the City of San Leandro and The Planning Center I DC&E to Prepare <br />the General Plan Update, Housing Element Update and <br />Environmental Impact Report (provides services for an amount not to <br />exceed $690,668) <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Souza, seconded by Vice Mayor Prola, <br />that this resolution be adopted. REPORT ON CLOSED SESSION ACTIONS TAKEN <br />City Attorney Pio Roda reported that, in accordance with California Government Code <br />section 54957.1(a)(1)(B), the City settled litigation in the case of Jennifer Menzel v. <br />City of San Leandro for a full and final settlement of all claims for a payment of <br />$69,999. The vote by the Council was 7 ayes, 0 noes on February 3, 2014. For the <br />other items on the closed session agenda, the City Council gave direction to the <br />City's negotiators and City Manager. <br />12.
