That on or about the 6th day of MAY 2013, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the State of California having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, did enter into a certain contract with INTERMOUNTAIN SLURRY SEAL, INC., 9062 UNION PARK WAY, ELK GROVE, CA, 95624, PHONE: (209) 234- 3581, as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: to wit ASPHALT RUBBER STREET SEALING 2012-13, PROJECT NO. 2013.0071. 2. That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows: FEDERAL INSURANCE COMPANY, 15 MOUNTAIN VIEW ROAD, WARREN, NJ, 07059. 3. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the ASPHALT RUBBER STREET SEALING 2012-1.3, PROJECT NO.2013.0071, project is that of public improvements made to public right-of-way designated as various streets in the City of San Leandro, CA, as well as ownership of improvements thereon. 4. That said work of improvement was accepted as complete by the City Council of the City of San Leandro on the 18"tt day of FEBRUARY 2014 by RESOLUTION NO. 2014- 013.
