PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> Mia Ousley, representing the Broadmoor Neighborhood Association, urged the City <br /> Council to consider a chronic nuisance response ordinance to deal with problem <br /> properties. <br /> David Johnson, CEO of the San Leandro Chamber of Commerce, spoke regarding <br /> the Chamber's assistance with National Health Care Sign Up Day this Saturday, <br /> March 8, 2014. <br /> 6.
