LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF METROPOLITAN OAKLAND INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT All that certain land, tidelands and submerged land which are owned in fee or under lease to the City of Oakland acting by and through its Board of Port Commissioners being situate in the cities of Oakland, Alameda and San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California. The general boundaries of which are more particularly described as follows: The general northeastern boundary being Doolittle Drive, from its intersection with the Alameda /Oakland City boundary on the West and the San Leandro City boundary at Eden Road on the southeast. The general western boundary is along the Alameda /Oakland City boundary and the northern boundary of the lands owned and leased by the Port and the western and southern boundary of . the lands leased by the Port in the City of Alameda. The general southwestern boundary being the City of Oakland /Alameda County boundary line. The general southeastern boundary being the Oakland /Hayward and Oakland /San Leandro City boundaries. The hereinabove boundaries are more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the City Boundary Line common to the Cities of Alameda and Oakland at its intersection with the southern line of Doolittle Drive, said city boundary line being along the eastern line of City Line Road; thence along last said line and city boundary 4,325 feet, more or less, to a point on the section line common to Sections 29 and 30 of T2S, R3W, MDB&M; thence southerly along last said line and said city boundary 2,323 feet, more or less, to the most southeasterly corner of that certain parcel of land described as Parcel Two in the Agreement and Conveyance to the City of Alameda dated June 13, 1950, recorded October 3, 1950 in Book 6245 at Page 293, Official Records of Alameda County; thence northwesterly along the southern line of last said parcel 460.34 feet to the most eastern corner of that certain 231.219 acre parcel described in Port of Oakland Ordinance No. 1017 adopted April 15, 1957; thence southwesterly and northwesterly along the general southern boundary of last said parcel to the southwestern corner of said parcel, which corner is on the Range line between Ranges 3 West and 2 West of Township 2 South, said line. also being the section line common to Section 30 of T2S, R3W and Section 25 of T2S, R4W, MDB&M, said point is distant thereon northerly 1,539.71 feet from the southwestern corner of said Section 30 and the southeastern- corner of said Section 25, said point also being on the eastern line of the 231.219 acre parcel of land'described in the final order of condemnation which was recorded June 27, 1957 in EXHIBIT B Page 1 of 2
