• I <br /> or commercial uses developed as part of the Project, and used, stored and disposed of in <br /> compliance with Hazardous Materials Laws, and <br /> • <br /> (ii) Developer shall keep and maintain the Project and the Developer's interest <br /> in Property and each portion thereof in compliance with, and shall not cause or permit the Project <br /> or the Developer's•interest in the Property or any portion of either to be in violation of, any <br /> Hazardous Materials Laws." • <br /> 11. All references to the Agency in Article II, III, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, and XI of <br /> the Agreement shall be deemed to be to the City. All references to the Executive Director in <br /> Article II, III,V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, and XI of the Agreement shall be deemed to be to the City <br /> Manager. All capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in <br /> the Agreement. <br /> 12. Except as expressly modified by this Amendment, all other provisions of the <br /> Agreement are unmodified and continue in full force and effect. Nothing in this Amendment <br /> shall modify Article 4 of the Agreement or the obligation of the Successor Agency to the Agency <br /> to make the Loan to Developer pursuant to Article 4 of the Agreement. <br /> 13.
