CityofSanLeandroAnnualActionPlan <br />2014 <br />21 <br />OMBControlNo:2506Ͳ0117(exp.07/31/2015) <br />FY2014Ͳ2015,theCitywillhelpfundoperatingcostsforprogramsthatprovidehomelessservices.Over <br />theyears,theCityhascontinuedtosupportagenciessuchastheSanLeandroShelterforWomenand <br />Children(forhomelessandvictimsofdomesticabuse)andDavisStreetFamilyResourceCenter(avital <br />localcommunitysocialservicecenter)toprovidesuchhomelessservices.TheCitywillalsocontinueto <br />supportservicesthathelppreventhomelessness:landlord/tenantcounseling,fairhousingservices,and <br />theRentalAssistanceProgram(whichofferssecuritydepositordelinquentrentalpaymentassistanceto <br />eligiblehouseholdswithhardshipissues).TheCitywillalsosupporttheimplementationofthe <br />EveryOneHomePlanbyprovidingfundsforcountyͲwideadministrationexpensesforContinuumofCare <br />andHMIS. <br /> <br />
