ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> City Clerk Marian Handa announced that there is a 3-hour time difference and that, to <br /> comport with the Brown Act, the teleconference location has been noticed for the <br /> teleconferencing member, the agenda has been posted at the remote location, and <br /> all votes will be taken by roll call while a teleconferencing member is participating. <br /> 2.
