ACTION ITEMS 10.A. 14-114 Staff Report for a Resolution Amending Section II of the City of San Leandro Councilmembers Handbook to Add the Vice Mayor Selection Process 14-115 RESOLUTION Amending Section ll of the City of San Leandro Councilmembers Handbook to Add Vice-Mayor Selection (provides for the annual selection of Vice-Mayor by a process of rotation) No action was taken. 11. CITY COUNCIL REPORTS City Councilmembers reported on attendance at intergovernmental agency meetings, conferences, and seminars since the last meeting. 13. CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR AND ANNOUNCEMENTS City Councilmembers announced calendar of upcoming events and coordinated attendance;reported on local events attended since the last meeting;and made brief comments on issues of concern. 14. COUNCIL REQUESTS TO SCHEDULE AGENDA ITEMS There was consensus of the City Council to schedule the following items: • Discussion and direction to Councilmember Cutter regarding the request by the Rental Homeowners Association to StopWaste.Org to reduce the Household Hazardous Waste program fee from $9.55 to$5.00 per multi-family unit, for the April 21st City Council meeting;and • Consideration of placing a Charter amendment on the November 2014 ballot to City of San Leandro Page 5
