O. BOX 417, PLEASANTON, CA, 94566, PHONE: (925) 719-9325, as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: to wit WESTGATE SOUNDWALL REPAIR, PROJECT NO. 2012.0200. 2. That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows: FINANCIAL PACIFIC INSURANCE COMPANY, P. O. BOX 73909, CEDAR RAPIDS,IA, 52407, PHONE: (319)399-5700. 3. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the WESTGATE SOUNDWALL REPAIR, PROJECT NO. 2012.0200, project is that of public improvements made to public right-of-way on certain land(s) designated as portions of Westgate Parkway, as well as ownership of improvements thereon. 4. That said work of improvement was accepted as complete by the City Council of the City of San Leandro on the 7TH day of APRIL,2014 by RESOLUTION NO. 2014-028.
