That on or about the 18TH day of NOVEMBER, 2013, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the State of California having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, did enter into a certain contract with ROSAS BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION, 4731 COLISEUM WAY, OAKLAND, CA 94601, PHONE: (510) 534-1077, as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: to wit ANNUAL SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM 2012-13, PROJECT NO. 2013.0060. 2. That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows: RLI INSURANCE COMPANY, 505 14TH STREET, SUITE 110, OAKLAND, CA 94612, PHONE: (209) 772-2110). 3. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the ANNUAL SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM 2012-13, PROJECT NO. 2013.0060, project is that of public improvements made within public right-of-way in certain lands designated as various city streets in San Leandro, CA, as well as ownership of improvements thereon. 4. That said work of improvement was accepted as complete by the City Council of the City of San Leandro on the 7TH day of APRIL,2014 by RESOLUTION NO. 2014-027.
