The Applicant requested to rezone the subject property to a Planned District <br /> zoning designation, and for the approval of a Planned Development Permit, of a five lot parcel, (APN <br /> 077 0540 009 00). <br /> An Agreement to Conditions for the project on the subject property was recorded with the Alameda <br /> County Recorder, California on August 30,2012. (SCE 4n2fisgb) <br /> On September 9, 2013 the City Council of the City of San Leandro directed the City Manager to <br /> administratively approve modifications to the 1550 East 14th Street Planned Development. The <br /> modifications were necessitated by the termination of Fresh& Easy's lease. A new anchor tenant, CVS, <br /> replaced Fresh & Easy and modifications to the site were made to accommodate this change.
