IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2014-043 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SUBMIT <br /> THE ALAMEDA COUNTY TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION APPROVED <br /> MEASURE B PARATRANSIT APPLICATION FOR THE EXPENDITURE OF <br /> MEASURE B PARATRANSIT FUNDS IN FY 2014-15 <br /> WHEREAS, before Measure B Paratransit funds will be made available to local agencies, <br /> the City is required to approve the annual application for Measure B Paratransit funding; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Alameda County Transportation Commission(CTC) requires a <br /> resolution approving the annual application. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That the City of San Leandro's application for Measure B Paratransit Funds is hereby <br /> approved, and the City Manager is authorized to submit the Alameda County Transportation <br /> Commission Approved Measure B Paratransit Application for the expenditure of Measure B <br /> funds in the amount of$280,887 in FY 2014-15 to the CTC, and to negotiate and execute all <br /> documents in support of these activities; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that a copy of this resolution will be transmitted to the <br /> Alameda County Transportation Commission. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 19th day of May, 2014, <br /> by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Lee, Prola, Reed, Souza; Mayor Cassidy (7) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: None (0) <br /> ATTEST: <br /> CUK01- <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
