IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 99 - 14 (2310) <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> LEASE AGREEMENT WITH <br /> CALIFORNIA CONSERVATORY THEATER OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> FOR THE USE OF SPACE LOCATED IN <br /> THE CIVIC CENTER SOUTH OFFICES <br /> An agreement between the City of San Leandro and California Conservatory Theater of <br /> San Leandro, a copy of which is attached,has been presented to this Council. <br /> The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> The City Manager has recommended the approval of said agreement. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br /> Introduced by Council Member Gal van and passed and adopted this 1st <br /> day of February, 1999,by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> Ayes: Council Members Gal van, Glaze, Grant, Lothrop, Nardine; <br /> Mayor Young ( 6 ) <br /> Noes: None ( 0 ) <br /> Absent: Council Member Loeffler ( 1 ) <br /> Attest: 1 6,&, •� <br /> Gayle 13,1 ersen, City Clerk <br />
