IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 99- 17 (1207) <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1999-2000 FIVE-YEAR PROJECT LIST <br /> FOR UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT CONVERSION PROJECTS <br /> Recitals <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro did, on April 20, 1992, amend the Underground <br /> Utility District Master Plan. Said Plan calls for Conversion Districts to be evaluated on a yearly <br /> basis to determine which Districts should be undertaken within the next five years. <br /> This Council has reviewed and considered a Five-Year Project List for Underground <br /> Utility Conversion Projects. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That the following Underground Utility Conversion Project is hereby designated as the <br /> 1999-2000 Five-Year Project List Underground Utility Conversion Project: <br /> 1.
