Improvement Program of TEA 21 in the amount of$630,000 for Pavement Rehabilitation <br /> of two arterial segments; and <br /> Be it further resolved, that the City of San Leandro by adopting this resolution <br /> does hereby state that: <br /> 1) the City of San Leandro will provide $82,000 (11.5%) in local matching <br /> funds; and <br /> 2) the City of San Leandro understands that the Surface Transportation <br /> Program and Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement <br /> Program funding for the project is fixed at$630,000, and that any cost <br /> increases must be funded by the City of San Leandro from local matching <br /> funds, and that City of San Leandro does not expect any cost increases to <br /> be funded with Surface Transportation Program or the Congestion <br /> Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement Program funds; and <br /> 3) The Street Rehabilitation Projects will be built as described in this <br /> resolution and, if approved, as programmed in Metropolitan <br /> Transportation Commission(MTC) Transportation Improvement Program <br /> (TIP). <br /> 4) The program funds are expected to be obligated by September 30, 2001. <br /> Be it further resolved, that a copy of this resolution will be transmitted to <br /> the MTC in conjunction with the filing of the application; and <br /> Be it further resolved, that the MTC is requested to support the application <br /> or the project described in the resolution and to program the project, if <br /> approved in MTC's TIP. <br />
