• <br /> IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 99 - 27 ( 2855/2859) <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS AND APPROVING BIDDERS LISTS FOR PACKAGES 2 THROUGH 14 <br /> FOR SAN LEANDRO COMMUNITY LIBRARY CENTER SEISMIC RETROFIT, <br /> RENOVATION AND EXPANSION <br /> PROJECT NO. 98-215-28-115 <br /> FINDING <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro has reviewed and considered the Categorical <br /> Exemption prepared for SAN LEANDRO COMMUNITY LIBRARY CENTER SEISMIC <br /> RETROFIT, RENOVATION AND EXPANSION—PACKAGE NUMBERS 2 THROUGH 14, <br /> Project No. 98-215-28-115 and any comments received, and hereby finds that the project will not <br /> have a significant effect on the environment. <br /> On February 1, 1999, the City Council adopted Resolution 99-19 setting forth a <br /> procedure to resolve any disputes regarding the approved bidders list. All bidders were duly <br /> notified of this procedure and any bidders who made a request were provided an opportunity to <br /> be heard. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That the Specifications, Special Provisions, Plans and Bidders List for said project are <br /> hereby approved. And it is further RESOLVED,that bids are hereby requested from the <br /> approved bidders. <br />
