HUSSEY FOR PROPERTY ON THE <br /> SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THORNTON AND ALVARADO STREETS, <br /> OTHERWISE KNOWN AS ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 075-0045-001-04 AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION BY THE CITY MANAGER <br /> RECITALS <br /> WHEREAS, the Form of Underground Utilities Agreement between the City of San <br /> Leandro and James R. Hussey, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br /> WHEREAS, the members of the Council are familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended the approval of said Form of <br /> Underground Utilities Agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That the attached Form of the Underground Utilities Agreement is hereby approved and <br /> the City Manager is authorized to execute the Underground Utilities Agreement in substantially <br /> the form presented to the Council. <br />
