SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE <br /> TITLE 4 CITY CLERK <br /> Chapter 3 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> *4.3.100 MINUTES OF REGULAR AND SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS. <br /> The City Clerk shall tape record the proceedings for all Regular and Special City Council <br /> Meetings. The City Clerk shall prepare Action Minutes for all Regular and Special City Council <br /> Meetings. The Minutes shall be the official record of action taken and shall prevail in the event of <br /> an inconsistency with the tape recording. The tape recordings of these meetings shall be <br /> maintained for five(5)years by the City Clerk for future reference and/or court proceedings. <br /> $4.3.105 WORK SESSIONS. The City Clerk may tape record proceedings for all Work <br /> Sessions. No Minutes shall be composed for these meetings. The tape recordings shall serve as <br /> the Official Record and be maintained for five (5) years by the City Clerk for future reference <br /> and/or court proceedings. <br /> 1 <br />
