IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 99 - 37 (1125) <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY OF DUBLIN, THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> AND THE ALAMEDA COUNTY FIRE DEPARTMENT REGARDING THE <br /> JOINT OWNERSHIP OF A 1994 LTI TRUCK <br /> RECITALS <br /> The City of San Leandro, City of Dublin and the Alameda County Fire <br /> Department have negotiated an agreement for the joint ownership of a 1994 LTI <br /> Truck, a copy of which is attached, and has been presented to this Council. <br /> The City Council Members are familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> The City Manager has recommended the approval of said agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro, does <br /> resolve, declare and determine as follows: <br /> That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby <br /> authorized. <br /> Introduced by Council Member Gal va n and passed and adopted <br /> this 15tlalay of March 1999, by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> Ayes: Council Members Gal van, G1aze, Grant, Loeffler, Lothrop, Nardine; <br /> Mayor Young ( 7 ) <br /> Noes: None ( 0 ) <br /> Absent: None ( 0 ) <br /> Attest: P 4tLaJ <br /> Gayle rsen, City Clerk <br /> J:\WCSL\136\0I\RES0^1999\FIRETRCK.RSO <br /> SRM/KAG <br />
