IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 99- 45 (2536/2323) <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND COHESIVE TECHNOLOGY <br /> SOLUTIONS,INC.
