i <br /> IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 99 - 50 (2833) <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR EAST 14TH STREET LIGHTING <br /> IMPROVEMENTS FROM WARREN AVENUE TO 135TH AVENUE, PHASE II <br /> PROJECT NO. 97-210-38-156 <br /> Recitals <br /> Pursuant to a contract between the City and St. Francis Electric dated January 20, 1998, <br /> East 14th Street Lighting Improvements from Warren Avenue to 135th Avenue, Phase II, Project <br /> No. 97-210-38-156, has been completed. <br /> Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore and <br /> to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore recommends <br /> that said work be accepted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br /> 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said project. <br /> 3. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions are <br /> hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br /> 4. That upon completion of the one-year Maintenance Period established pursuant to <br /> said contract, and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, <br /> the City Manager is hereby authorized to release the bond heretofore given for <br /> maintenance of the work hereinbefore described. <br />
