t r` <br /> IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 99- 55 (2855/2859) <br /> RESOLUTION TO REJECT ALL BIDS <br /> FOR THE SAN LEANDRO COMMUNITY LIBRARY CENTER SEISMIC RETROFIT, <br /> RENOVATION AND EXPANSION, CONSTRUCTION PACKAGES 6, 8, 12, 13,AND 14. <br /> PROJECT NO. 98-215-28-115 <br /> Recitals <br /> The City of San Leandro did, on March 24, 1999 and April 7, 1999,publicly open, examine <br /> and declare all sealed proposals or bids for the above titled construction packages further described <br /> in Resolution No. 99-27 of the Council of said City adopted on February 16, 1999, which <br /> resolution is hereby expressly referred to for a description of said work and for all particulars <br /> relative to the proceedings under said resolution. <br /> Said proposals were submitted to the Engineering and Transportation Director for <br /> comparison and recommendation. <br /> The Engineering and Transportation Director has recommended that the proposals for said <br /> work be rejected. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said City Council hereby rejects said proposals or bids for doing said work. <br /> Introduced by Council Member Gal van and passed and adopted this <br /> 19th day of April 1999,by the following called vote: <br />
