Fund the <br /> investigation of fair housing complaints by a non-profit agency, and co -sponsor <br /> educational seminars (MMAP) for rental owners and managers. <br /> HOMELESS NEEDS <br /> Priority -- Increase the availability of services and housing and fill gaps along the <br /> continuum of care for homeless people and people at risk of becoming homeless. <br /> Objective: Continue to support emergency shelter and transitional housing programs for <br /> homeless people and people at risk of becoming homeless. Proposed programs <br /> include: emergency shelter, transitional housing, supportive housing, Rental <br /> Assistance Program (RAP), clothing, food distribution, and health clinic. <br />
