In addition to the garbage service set forth in subparagraph 2.a., b., and c., above, <br /> a monthly container charge for the collection, removal and disposal of refuse by <br /> front end loader shall be as follows: <br /> (1) 1 cubic yard container $12.08 (1 time per week) <br /> $24.16 (2 or more times per week) <br /> 2 cubic yard container $15.07 <br /> 3 cubic yard container $15.98 <br /> 4 cubic yard container $19.34 <br /> 5 cubic yard container $21.05 <br /> 6 cubic yard container $22.75 <br /> 7 cubic yard container $27.45 <br /> (2) Push out rate shall be $1.00 per push out, plus $.50 per cubic yard per push <br /> out. Fee based on user's request for additional service. Containers from one <br /> to seven cubic yards available. <br /> e.
