16 <br />terminate upon ten (10) business days written notice of such <br />termination from Lenderto Borrower, unless Borrowerhas taken <br />appropriate steps to renew the insurance coverage withinthenotice <br />period. <br />(11)Borrowershall be responsible, at its sole expense, for <br />separately insuring Borrower’s personal property. <br />B.Borroweracknowledges that Lendermay self-insure partially or <br />entirely against casualty, property damage and public liability risks and agrees that <br />Lendermay at its sole election, but shall not be required to, carry any third party <br />insurance with respect to the Building, the Propertyor otherwise. Nothing in this <br />sub-paragraph shall reduce or otherwise modify Borrower’s obligation to maintain <br />insurance as required herein.
