IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2014-049 <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE CITY'S APPROPRIATION LIMIT FOR <br /> FISCAL YEAR 2014-15 <br /> WHEREAS, following availability of the documentation used in the determination of the <br /> Appropriation Limit pursuant to Section 7910 of the California Government Code, this Council <br /> has reviewed and considered the data contained in Attachment 1 attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,pursuant to Section 7910 of the California Government Code and <br /> Article XIIIB of the California Constitution, the City Council does hereby establish the <br /> Appropriation Limit for Fiscal Year 2014-15 at$175,666,900 as more specifically set forth in <br /> Attachment 1. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 2nd day of June, 2014, <br /> by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Lee, Prola, Souza; Mayor Cassidy (6) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Reed (1) <br /> ATTEST: ki ALA tt.[_ /i <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
