EXHBIIT A(Amended) <br /> ADDITIONAL SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> The Contractor shall provide additional architectural and engineering design,as well as bid and <br /> construction administration services,as described in this exhibit for the Project,including the use of <br /> subcontracted consultants as required and as previously identified in the Master Agreement. <br /> Subcontracted consultants shall be compensated exclusively by Contractor,and contractor's payments as <br /> described in Exhibit B-1 shall constitute full and complete compensation for all work performed for the <br /> additional services including that of the subcontracted consultants. <br /> The additional scope of work shall include,but is not limited to the following: <br /> 1. Testing and evaluation of the existing HVAC system and fireproofing to determine their suitability <br /> for reuse. <br /> 2. Limited inspection related to the selective demolition. <br /> 3. Supplemental exterior elevations including presentations. <br /> 4. Inspection and determination of the condition of the existing roof. <br /> 5. Contract documents for the improvements to the Temporary Library. <br /> 6. Design for upgrade of the electrical system,replacement of the HVAC systems, security system, <br /> including coordination of vendors. <br /> 7. Additional building elevations and cost estimates for design alternatives. <br /> 8. Schematic design revisions to the interiors associated with the coordination with the revised building <br /> exterior. <br /> 9. Contract documents for the interior upgrades associated with the History Room,Children's Library, <br /> and American with Disability Act(ADA)upgrades to restroom facilities in the Senior Meeting <br /> Facility. <br /> Amendment to Agreement Page 3 of 4 <br />
