M. The applicant shall keep the entire site free of litter accumulations, including removal of <br /> litter,which collects against fences or buildings or the landscaped area facing Doolittle Drive. <br /> V. ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES REQUIREMENTS <br /> A. The storage of hazardous materials in quantities equal to or greater than 55 gallons, 200 cubic <br /> feet or 500 pounds and generating any amount of hazardous waste requires submittal of a <br /> Hazardous Materials Business Plan(HMBP). HMBP submittal shall be completed via the Cal <br /> EPA CERS online database. Prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy or fmal of a <br /> business license, whichever occurs first, a HMBP shall be submitted to Environmental <br /> Services for the storage and use of planned hazardous materials and/or generation of <br /> hazardous waste. The plan is subject to the review and approval of Environmental Services. <br /> OR <br /> The storage of hazardous materials in quantities equal to or exceeding permit amounts listed <br /> in CA Fire Code Section 105, Tables 105.6.8, 105.6.10 or 105.6.20, but below HMBP <br /> quantities above or generating any amount of hazardous waste requires limited registration <br /> via the Cal EPA CERS online database. Prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy or <br /> final of a business license, whichever occurs first, Registration shall be submitted to <br /> Environmental Services for the storage and use of planned hazardous materials and/or <br /> generation of hazardous waste. The registration is subject to the review and approval of <br /> Environmental Services. <br /> B. All fees and charges related to Environmental Services programs shall be paid promptly in <br /> full. Failure to keep accounts current shall be grounds for revocation of the conditional use <br /> permit. <br /> C. Compressed gas containers, cylinders, tanks, and systems shall comply with applicable <br /> Chapters; including Ch 50, 53 and 61; of the California Fire Code or applicable adopted code <br /> at time of construction. <br /> Compressed gas cylinders and tanks shall be secured to prevent falling due to contact, <br /> vibration or seismic activity per 2013 California Fire Code §5305.5.3 for acceptable securing <br /> methods. Cylinders can also be stored outside in secure gated and locked enclosures with the <br /> exempt amounts listed in the 2013 California Fire Code Table 5003.1.1(3). <br /> D. Quantities of flammable and oxidizing gases shall comply with exempt amounts per control <br /> area per 2013 California Fire Code Table 5003.1.1(1-2). <br /> E. All hazardous waste generated on site shall be handled and disposed pursuant to applicable <br /> local, state and federal law. Generators shall obtain a waste generator ID number from the Cal <br /> Department of Toxics Substance Control. <br /> F. Discharge of anything other than rainwater to the stormwater collection system, including <br /> area drains, sidewalks,parking areas, street curb or gutter, is strictly prohibited. <br /> G. Container management of trash, solid waste, and recyclables shall be required to prevent <br /> exposure to or contamination of rainwater runoff. <br /> Agreement to Conditions May 1,2014 <br /> PLN2014-00001 Page 5 of 10 <br />
