VIII. BUILDING AND SAFETY DIVISION DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS <br /> A. Building permit is required to show Code compliances for following items: <br /> a. Mechanical ventilations for Auto Repair portion of the building. <br /> b. Structural attachments and calculations for equipment weights more than 400 pounds. <br /> c. Structural attachments for equipment weights less than 400 pounds. <br /> d. Accessibility compliance of parking stalls and main entrance to the building. <br /> e. Structural calculations and details for car lifts. <br /> f. Accessibility of new counter and sink at new Waiting Room. <br /> B. All necessary building permits shall be obtained, as necessary. A final interior tenant <br /> improvement plan shall be submitted to the Building Department, as necessary for interior <br /> tenant improvements. <br /> C. Prior to Certificate of Occupancy,the project shall comply with all Building Code standards. <br /> IX. PERFORMANCE STANDARDS <br /> A. All uses and activities shall comply with the provisions of the San Leandro Noise <br /> Regulations(Title IV, Chapter 1 of the Municipal Code). <br /> B. No use, activity, or process shall produce vibrations that are perceptible without instruments <br /> by a reasonable person at the property lines of a site. <br /> C. No use, process, or activity shall produce dust that is perceptible without instruments by a <br /> reasonable person at the property lines of a site. <br /> D. Parking lot lighting shall comply with Article 17. Security lighting in any district may be <br /> indirect or diffused, or shall be shielded or directed away from an R district within five <br /> hundred(500) feet. <br /> E. Uses, activities, and processes shall not produce any unreasonable, disturbing, or <br /> unnecessary emissions of heat or humidity, at the property line of the site on which they are <br /> situated that cause material distress, discomfort, or injury to a reasonable person. <br /> F. Uses, activities, and processes shall not cause electromagnetic interference with normal radio <br /> or television reception or with the function of other electronic equipment beyond the <br /> property line of the site on which they are situated. <br /> X.
