That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows: TRAVELERS CASUALTY AND SURETY COMPANY OF AMERICA, ONE TOWER SQUARE, HARTFORD, CT 06183-6014, PHONE: (800) 421-3880. 3. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the GALLAGHER & BURK, INC., 344 HIGH STREET, OAKLAND, CA 94601, PHONE: (510) 261-0466, project is that of public improvements made to public right- of-way designated as portions of Fremont Avenue, Floresta Boulevard, and Farnsworth Street, as well as ownership of improvements thereon. 4. That said work of improvement was accepted as complete by the City Council of the City of San Leandro on the 2ND day of JUNE,2014 by RESOLUTION NO. 2014-052.
