IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2014-062 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT <br /> (CDBG)CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR$90,000 IN FY 2014-2015 <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND NEIGHBORHOOD SOLUTIONS— <br /> $19,000 FOR PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION AND <br /> $71,000 FOR THE PROVISION OF HOUSING REHABILITATION GRANTS <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Neighborhood Solutions, <br /> a copy of which is attached,has been presented to this City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized <br /> for the Community Development Block Grant(CDBG) funds in the amount of$90,000 for the <br /> Housing Rehabilitation Program administered by Neighborhood Solutions. <br /> 2.
