Specific Plan. A plan for a defined area that is consistent with the General Plan and <br />with the provisions of the California Government Code pertaining to Specific Plans (Sec- <br />tion 65450 et seq.). <br /> <br />Specified Anatomical Areas. As used herein, specified anatomical areas shall mean <br />and include the following: <br /> <br />A. Less than completely and opaquely covered human (i) genitals or pubic region; (ii) <br />buttocks; and (iii) female breasts below a point immediately above the top of the <br />areola; <br /> <br />B. Human male genitals in a discernibly turgid state, even if completely and opaquely <br />covered; and <br /> <br />C. Any device, costume, or covering that simulates any of the body parts included in <br />subdivisions (A) or (B) above. <br /> <br />Specified Sexual Activities. As used herein, “specified sexual activities” shall mean <br />and include any of the following, whether performed directly or indirectly through cloth- <br />ing or other covering: <br /> <br />A. The fondling or other erotic touching of human genitals, pubic region, buttocks, <br />anus, or female breast; <br /> <br />B. Sex acts, actual or simulated, including intercourse, oral copulation, or sodomy; <br /> <br />C. Masturbation, actual or simulated; and <br /> <br />D. Excretory functions as part of or in connection with any of the other activities de- <br />scribed in subdivisions (A) through (C) of this subsection. <br /> <br />Stadia and Sports Arenas. Outdoor or enclosed areas devoted to commercial specta- <br />tor sports or entertainment. <br /> <br />Story. That portion of a building included between the upper surface of any floor and <br />the upper surface of the floor next above it. If there is no floor above the uppermost <br />floor, the space between such floor and the ceiling next above it shall be considered a <br />story. If the finished floor level directly above a usable or unused floor space is more <br />than six (6) feet above grade (for more than fifty percent (50%) of the perimeter, or is <br />more than twelve (12) feet above grade at any point, such usable or unused under-floor <br />space) shall be considered a story. <br />
