IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2014-067 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENTS FOR <br /> THIRD PARTY PLAN CHECK SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND <br /> 4 LEAF INC. FOR$75,000; PLAN REVIEW CONSULTANTS INC. FOR$50,000; AND <br /> TRB+ASSOCIATES FOR$75,000 <br /> WHEREAS, agreements between the City of San Leandro and 4 Leaf Inc., Plan Review <br /> Consultants Inc., and TRB+Associates, copies of which are attached,have been presented to this <br /> City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Manager recommends approval of said agreements. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That said agreements are hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized for <br /> third party plan check services provided by three(3) qualified firms as provided in the associated <br /> staff report: <br /> • 4 Leaf Inc. for an amount not-to-exceed$75,000; <br /> • Plan Review Consultants Inc. for an amount not-to-exceed$50,000; and <br /> • TRB+Associates for an amount not-to-exceed $75,000 <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Souza and passed and adopted this 7th day of July, 2014, <br /> by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Lee, Prola, Souza; Mayor Cassidy (6) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Reed (1) <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
