3. Restaurants, Full-Service. (Administrative Review is required to establish or en- <br />large a Restaurant or Café that would have either a gross floor area of two thou- <br />sand (2,000) square feet, or larger, or a dining area of one thousand (1,000) <br />square feet or larger. Lots located within two (2) dis- <br />tricts shall be subject to the regulations of Section 4-1652: Development on Lots Di- <br />vided by District Boundaries. <br /> <br />D. Fast Food Establishments.
