3. Restaurants, Full-Service. (Administrative Review is required to establish or en- <br />large a Restaurant or Café that would have either a gross floor area of two thou- <br />sand (2,000) square feet, or larger, or a dining area of one thousand (1,000) <br />square feet or larger. Standards for review are specified in Section 2-674.G.) <br />6.4. Telecommunications, Architecturally-Integrated Antennaes and/or Alternative <br />Co-locations on Existing Tower Structures. [see(Subject to the regulations of <br /> Section 4-1686: Wireless Telecommunication Facilities.) {as per Ordinance No. <br />98-009}]. <br /> <br />D. DA-6 District—Temporary Uses Requiring Administrative Review. <br /> <br />The following temporary uses are allowed in the DA-6 District, subject to the regula- <br />tions of Section 5-2222: Temporary Use Permits. <br />1. Christmas Tree and Pumpkin Sales. <br />2. Circuses and Carnivals. <br />3. Commercial Filming. <br />4. Real Estate Offices, Temporary. <br />5. Retail Sales, Outdoor. <br />6. Street or Neighborhood Fairs. <br />7. Trade Fairs. (Ord. 2008-011 § 1; Ord. 2008-003 § 7; Ord. 2007-020 § 2; Ord. <br />2001-015 § 1) <br /> <br />2-674 Additional Use Restrictions: CN, CC, CS, CR, C-RM, P, PHD, NA-1, NA-2, <br />SA-1, SA-2 SA-3, DA-1, DA-2, DA-3, DA-4, DA-5, and DA-6 Districts <br /> <br />All uses not listed as permitted, conditionally permitted, or subject to administrative review <br />are prohibited, unless a decision is made by the Zoning Enforcement Official pursuant to <br />Section 5-2106: Uses Not Listed. <br /> <br />In addition to the uses listed above, the following regulations shall apply: <br /> <br />A. Automobile Washing, Attended and Unattended. Subject to the regulations of Sec- <br />tion 4-1634: Service Stations and Automobile Washing. <br /> <br />B. Concurrent Sale of Motor Vehicle Fuel and Alcoholic Beverages. Subject to the regu- <br />lations of Section 4-1644: Concurrent Sale of Motor Vehicle Fuel and Alcoholic Bev- <br />erages. <br /> <br />C. Development of Lots Divided by District Boundaries. Lots located within two (2) dis- <br />tricts shall be subject to the regulations of Section 4-1652: Development on Lots Di- <br />vided by District Boundaries. <br /> <br />D. Fast Food Establishments.
