No building in the C-RM District shall be constructed within forty (40) feet of a <br />building site in an R District. Any other restriction on yards shall be as estab- <br />lished pursuant to a conditional use approval or development agreement. <br /> <br />D. NA-1 District, Additional Building Setback Requirements. <br /> <br />1. Side yard requirements in the NA-1 District shall be increased to twenty-five (25) <br />feet if abutting residentially zoned property. <br /> <br />2. Rear yard requirements in the NA-1 District when adjoining RS Districts, shall be <br />increased to twenty-five (25) feet for the first and second story and thirty-five (35) <br />feet for the third story. Rear yards in the NA-1 District, when adjoining RD or RM <br />Districts, shall be increased to twenty-five (25) feet. <br /> <br />E. NA-2 District, Additional Building Setback Requirements. <br /> <br />1. The front yard setback in the NA-2 District shall be as follows: twenty (20) feet for <br />one (1) and two (2) story buildings and twenty-five (25) feet for three (3) story <br />buildings. <br /> <br />2. Side setbacks in the NA-2 District shall be fifteen (15) feet or one-half (½) the <br />building height, whichever is greater. <br /> <br />3. Corner side setbacks in the NA-2 District shall be twenty (20) feet, or one-half <br />(½) the building height, whichever is greater. <br /> <br />4. Rear yard requirements in the NA-2 District, when adjoining RS Districts, shall be <br />increased to twenty-five (25) feet for the second story and thirty-five (35) feet for <br />the third story. Rear yards in the NA-2 District, when adjoining RD or RM Dis- <br />tricts, shall be increased to twenty-five (25) feet. <br /> <br />F.
