(Administrative Review is required to <br />occupy thirty thousand (30,000) square feet or more, in a building constructed af- <br />ter August 15, 2001. Standards for review are specified in Section 2-726.G.) <br />12.3.Parking Lot. <br />13.4.Recycling Facilities, Bulk Reverse Vending Machines.
