25. Warehouse—Storage Facilities. (A conditional use permit is required if the pro- <br />posed use will occupy a building constructed after August 15, 2001, or an exist- <br />ing building will be expanded ten thousand (10,000) square feet to accommodate <br />this use.) <br /> <br />C.
