The allowed height within one hundred (100) feet of an R District building shall <br />be limited to twenty-five (25) feet. <br /> <br />C. Height Limit May Be Adjusted. A maximum building height of fifty (50) feet in the IL <br />and IG Districts may be approved by the Zoning Enforcement Official.
