Relationship to the East 14th Street South Area Development Strategy. <br /> <br />The South Area 1, 2, and 3 zoning districts have been created to implement the East <br />14th Street Development Strategy (Development Strategy). The Development Strate- <br />gy identifies five (5) activity areas. SA-1 District—Permitted Uses. <br /> <br />The following uses are allowed in the SA-1 District, and a conditional use permit is not <br />required, for tenant spaces up to twenty-five thousand (25,000) square feet. Spaces <br />in excess of twenty-five thousand (25,000) square feet can be allowed through the <br />approval of a conditional use permit.
