Relationship to the East 14th Street South Area Development Strategy. <br /> <br />The South Area 1, 2, and 3 zoning districts have been created to implement the East <br />14th Street Development Strategy (Development Strategy). The Development Strate- <br />gy identifies five (5) activity areas.
