E. SA-2 District—Temporary Uses Requiring Administrative Review. The following temporary uses are allowed in the SA-2 District, subject to the regula- tions of Section 5-2222: Temporary Use Permits. 1. Christmas Tree and Pumpkin Sales. 2. The following uses are allowed in the SA-3 District, and a conditional use permit is not required.
