IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2014-076 <br /> RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS (2014 BUSINESS LICENSE TAX, SOLID <br /> WASTE SERVICE CHARGES, SIDEWALK REPAIRS, CERTIFIED UNIFIED PROGRAM <br /> AGENCY FEES, AND COMMUNITY COMPLIANCE CODE ENFORCEMENT CHARGES) <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro has conducted a public hearing on the <br /> assessments proposed to be levied for non-payment of delinquent 2014 business license tax, solid <br /> waste service charges, sidewalk repairs, Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) fees, and <br /> community compliance code enforcement charges, said hearing conducted at 7:00 p.m. on July <br /> 21, 2014 in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, CA 94577. <br /> At or before the time set for hearing, owners or persons in possession of the property <br /> described in the Report of the Finance Director made protests or objections to the proposed <br /> assessments. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> That each of these protests or objections, written or oral, is hereby overruled. <br /> Introduced by Councilmember Souza and passed and adopted this 21st day of July, 2014, <br /> by the following vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cutter, Gregory, Lee, Reed, Souza; Mayor Cassidy (6) <br /> NOES: None (0) <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Prola (1) <br /> ATTEST: ov <br /> Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
